Thank you for your suggestions. But they don't work at all.

As what I said, every audio stream processed by FxSound has audio clipping issue.

For the step 1, clipping occurs with headphones mainly (maybe my speaker device is not good) with the connection of 3.5mm and bluetooth. It also occurs with every program which can play audio if its primitive volume is large enough.
On my screenshot, the audio stream comes from FxSound has audio clipping. So whatever output device, connection method or playback method is, audio clipping always exists.

For the step 2 and 3, frankly, troubleshooting list doesn't work, and the settings don't have any problems. This problem occurs when I reinstalled Windows and even replaced a new computer.

The following screenshot shows the theory of my temporary solution, which reduces volume before being processed. There seems to have a process of Loudness Equalization so the audio output has normal volume.

[...] We had given a suggestion to check the volume set in Volume Mixer and in some cases it worked, because the volume was set to low in the system settings, or for a specific application in the Volume Mixer.
Can you go to the advanced options in System > Sound and check if the volume is set correctly for the device, and Volume Mixer for system sounds and the apps.

I have been using the software for years, and like many others, never hear any clipping.

Probably because the sound I heard was a bit lo-fi and probably damaged the sound quality, especially when it suddenly got louder. It makes me a little uncomfortable to hear. Apart from that, all goes well.

A lot of audio is lo-fi because of clipping. I'm not sure whether the "lo-fi" feeling is OK. I hope you can also feel this lo-fi feeling that shouldn't be there, even if it's not the case most of the time, but it's still a little noticeable.
