Assuming CrBrowerMain is the chrome webbrowser source? And assuming you are running Linux? The browser source is known to cause some trouble when other components use the glib main loop. That means obs itself with file picker dialogs or perhaps other components as well.
You could try running a debug version of the plugin and debug it, but if its a compatibility issue with the browser source that's going to be an awful time.

Any more info on that? E.g. does it still crash without browser source? If you want you can try my webkit browser source to eventually avoid that crash (spoiler: its a bad/quickly written browser source).

Closing for now assuming it was the browser source. Reopen if you believe there is still something up with the GStreamer part.
