Isn't Upstart an Ubuntu only thing? If the monitor cronjobs are in place the server will start within 5 mins
from linuxgsm.

What I meant was from boot to to run any of the LGS.

Looks interesting and it is part of RHEL6. This would be a new feature that I may introduce in a future release if I have the time available
