Do not remove the outline on buttons when they gain keyboard focus. This is an accessibility issue since the outline aids users navigating sites with only their keyboard.

Consider using a tool like what-input if you'd like to remove the outline for mouse users while keeping the outline for keyboard users:

It's very important for a bunch of non nodejs developers (but is there even npm support?).

Again, just a suggestion (based on my personal opinion)...

Browsing the button effects on https://bttn.surge.sh/, the card hover effect is quite jarring. The card moving when I'm trying to throw my cursor to the button is what's throwing me off I think.

Do you guys plan to add block level button .btn-block (spans the entire width of the parent element)?
