Hi and thanks for the kind words.
I don't think I want to add more functionality to CQRSlite at the moment. I find it to be fairly complete, and don't want large new things that I don't use or maintain myself. But I'd be really happy to link to it as an external addon. I think thats how I want to make new functionality now, and not add to the core framework.
Does that sound Ok to you?

Thanks sounds okay and I get it for the DSL which is why I DID NOT submit a PR
Does that apply for the event and snapshot storage implementations too (which I DID submit a PR for)? One public critique I have read of CQRSlite is that it doesn't have an EventStore implementation.

I agree that an eventstore implementation would be a nice addition to CQRSlite it's just that it requires resources maintaining that I don't have.
In the current form it requires a large refactoring to fit into the current codebase. It also has dependencies on other libraries, so I don't want it in the core package since most users will not be using this event store. For that reason I think it belongs in its own separate repository.
I'd be happy to talk about how it should be hosted and maintained, but I don't have the resources to maintain a package that I wont be using myself, so I have to rely on you maintaining it.
