Keep getting this sql error about news-show-pro-gk5 HOT 7 CLOSED

On which version did you get this error? (Please provide module and Joomla! version).

Might have to do with the first news number? Sometimes it happens and sometimes it goes away

In this case I've to redirect it to our developer which develops the J!3.* version - @bkrztuk , please also attach your config JSON file from the config manager - maybe it helps detect the problem.

I'm waiting for config file, yes it can be related with first news number, when for example query returns 5 results and you select first news number to 7 it can cause query problem.

I am not using any special config file just left it as lorem.json

Try Basic Settings (under your GKnews module) -> and Load the original.json configuration. Then re-save your module.

That worked for me. I tired all the other things but loading the original config fixed it.
