Thank you for issue. It seems that solution provided by sergio-fry not
related to gon usage, it looks just like helper which partially replaces
functionality of gon. I'll try to look into this problem today.

I just came across Ryan Bates' railscast that mentioned the gon gem. I
included it in my gemfile and ran bundle install. Upon adding the <%=
include_gon %> line, I got the following error:

As the sergio-fry suggested, adding that method to the
application_helper.rb file and resolved my problem.

and I'm using gem "gon", "~> 4.1.1"
