Not prompted for 2FA code ? cannot autenticate ? about icloud3_v3 HOT 4 CLOSED

There is also rawdata logging that dumps traffic to/from iCloud account. iCloud3 > Configuration > Event Log Parameters. Log file is ‘/config/icloud3-debug.log’. Did you ever get the 2fa request and enter the code after the reset and reauthentication? There should be an HA notification that would take you to the Devices and Settings screen where you then go to the code entry screen. You can also enter the code on the ‘icl Account’ screen

I think it is authenticating ok using the existing credentials without needing 2FA.
But there is some issue, possibly relating to a single airpod set ?

it's possible because those airpods occur under two different iphones, I've deleted the dupe and will try again.
