Copy URL to Clipboard feature does not work on recent versions of Chrome about firefly HOT 3 CLOSED

ClipBoard API support is really bad across browsers. I don't think that it is even worth using for this use case. All we're doing is allowing the user to copy the URL to the ClipBoard, but they can just do that in the URL bar of the browser.

I think that we should just remove this field and button from the footer to eliminate this issue.
