Hi. Thanks for reporting this issue!

I just found that a check on whether pkg was a command prevented you from doing this. However, this check is no longer required so I removed it, just now, in commit 76b8dbf.

Please update your rice tool:
go get -u github.com/GeertJohan/go.rice/rice

You can then append a zip using this command:
rice --import-path someCmd/subPackage append --exec someCmd

I believe this solves your problem, right?

You are limited to only one zip per executable. And so, only one package is searched for FindBox cals.

If you wish to add boxes for seperate packages, you might be able to trick rice to do this, by defining a single package that imports all required boxes you require, but doesn't actually use them. Then use that package with the rice append tool;
rice --import-path someCmd/boxes append --exec someCmd

I've never tried it, but I think it will work.

Thanks! The latest update solves my problem.

For multiple packages, it's probably better to specify a list of packages and have the tool search them all, but I didn't try the multi import trick.

I've added functionality so that multiple --import-path arguments are accepted. This might solve your problem in a better way. Right now it's only available in the multiple-import-paths branch. Note that box names should be unique. @augustoroman

@GeertJohan Do you think you'll be getting the changes in multiple-import-paths merged into master at some point?
