@ukemi @deustp01 the rule that generates GO localization processes from reactions like this is currently set such that it will only work on transport of individual proteins, not complexes. Right now, the code thinks that 'p-S189,T193-MAP2K3, p-S207,T211-MAP2K6' is a complex and, as a result, the rule is not being activated. I believe the localization rule is behaving properly. (Note other rules that are about to be updated have the result that the incorrectly labeled complex is subsequently broken apart into its components in what is live now on noctua-dev - and the output is taken out.)
The assignment of that entity to a complex rather than a protein set is a separate problem, see #32
