Properly deal with hidden geometry about halo-asset-blender-development-toolset HOT 1 CLOSED

Messed with this for a bit. Problems came up that will require me to think of solutions. Primarily the consequences of ignoring an object that may be referenced as a parent by other objects. Will need to make modifications to get_parent to be able to handle situations where the parent may no longer exist due to it being hidden on export.

Some kind of system where the default parent is set to the lowest available layer. For CE if no lower layer exists then any objects that make use of the hidden object should also be ignored. For Halo 2 any objects should be included but their parent set to "-1". Weights and vertex groups will also need a similar system.

Other things will probably come up but this is the first problem I hit.
