[Feature] Suggest LN addresses when making a payment about lightning-browser-extension HOT 6 OPEN

I am working on this

from lightning-browser-extension.

Here are few changes to the design to make it more convenient for the users:

• Create list for the address whom the user have sent recently or received from.
• For alby account user there will be different avatar than the non alby account users.
• For non alby account users auto generative avatars will be there initials.
• If the user have no recent payments then there will be the same screen as the current one, if the user haven't sent/received from lightning addresses yet.
• There will be 6 recent address to make task easy.
• After clicking any of the address next screen will open automatically so there will be no need to fill the address.

Can you provide a bit more context about this issue and how to approach it on a high level.

There was an old PR that seems like it never went anywhere #2121

• It is probably best to update the DB to include a contacts list table rather than just saving lightning address on payments
• It seems like we need UI for saving and managing contacts, unless we do it automatically for now (but allow removing entries from recent history)
• should contact list be instead synced or stored in your Alby account (if you use one) so that it works on getalby.com too / Alby mobile app, and doesn't disappear if you re-install the extension

I think this task is quite complex and needs review/design from the Alby team before beginning. CC @reneaaron
