I'd be curious to know what you think LABjs would benefit from a noConflict() for? Are you concerned about people loading multiple (incompatible) versions of LABjs onto the page? Or of people extending one copy of LABjs but wanting another pristine un-changed copy? Or?

I am generally hugely in favor of jQuery's noConflict() pattern. But I've always thought the extra complication was unnecessary for such a small script loader as LABjs. But it's worth considering for 2.0, nonetheless. Would be interested in your thoughts on what the real value proposition is for it.

FYI: noConflict() has landed in the 2.0 progress work.
