Did you have to use valid CC info? I'm using my name, address, email, phone, etc but using a fake CC. And does the email/name have to be associated with a Dominos account?

No, I didn't need valid CC if I'm using pay_with(). I did use a valid email/name/phone with my Domino's account. Hope that helps
