This is an issue with js-beautify. Maybe they have since resolved it or there is an upcoming fix, if you want to take a look there.
However, I am thinking of switching from js-beautify to sass-convert. Could you try something like https://github.com/badsyntax/SassBeautify if you have Sublime. Or try sass-convert in the Terminal?
If Sass-Convert works as you expect with your Sass then I can switch us over later tonight when I have some time. Let me know how it goes so I know what are the best options for Sass users like yourself.

Yes SassBeautify works. Also that is the issue yes. This can be closed thanks

Excellent. Thanks for checking @tedserbinski. Then I will be migrating Sass support from js-beautify to sass-convert later when I have a chance. See #44
