Cache starts a setTimeout even when unused about microformat-node HOT 4 CLOSED

Apologies for the brevity of this issue description and the speed in which I knocked up this quick commit. It's almost midnight and I wanted to have something for you! Tests all appear to pass although I confess that I didn't add any new tests.

PS. I'm working on a number of WebMention modules. And microformat-node is going in a verification module (that also pulls in h-entry data) for incoming WebMentions.

Glad you like the module, its a good call on the cache. Do you want me to just add the changes or are you going to send a pull request. I happy either way.

Keep me update on the WebMention modules, it is on my todo list.

I don't think there's any need for a pull request for this, just fire the changes in when you can. I'll give you a nudge once I've managed to make some more progress with the WM module.
