opkg reports "cannot install package bash", cannot rebuild with consul 0.3.1 about docker-consul HOT 2 CLOSED

Busybox image should be using a new repo. There is a PR for it I think.

When trying to execute the image, it will not run, reporting:

Error response from daemon: Cannot start container 1745aaa4835958e2459647cd3790dfe3d96b066b74b183e8eadfbf3263fba7f2: no such file or directory

Which I believe is due to 'start' requiring /bin/bash

Do you have any idea why bash is no longer listed in
http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/x86_64/packages/Packages.gz
and not available for download? I haven't found the build origin for
snapshots/trunk yet..
