  • By communication.
  • We will directly tell them.
  • When no improvement is made with regards to their behavior

What is your strategy for ensuring everyone’s voice is heard?

 

How will you ensure that you are creating a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking up?

 

  • using Slack and zoom and remo.
  • we Will use democracy as an example; so voting and opinion sharing is a must.
  • So everyone agreed to mutual respect, and that will guarantee a safe space for everyone.

  • using shared organization profile.
  • we are using the terminal to ACP then we will pull the requests and merge to the main after review; then will pull all changes to local machine.
