Okay I tried that, didn't work.
tried both
/storage/emulated/0/Prey
and
/storage/emulated/0/Prey/base
from com.n0n3m4.diii4a.

I'm also having the same problem, doom 3 and quake 4 works fine, but prey crash the app
Edit: i fixed as karin said making preybase together
With doom 3 we just need a base folder but on prey needs to be called "preybase" for the engine work

The name of the required folder for the game is indicated in the launcher itself next to the name of the game/mod
I think we can close this problem as solved.

put preybase game data folder into Game working directory that you setting
