El objetivo de este trabajo es el desarrollo e implementación de una herramienta de software para la composición automática de una secuencia de imágenes adquiridas mediante un sistema de microscopía de bajo coste, formado por un sistema de lentes acoplado a la cámara de un teléfono móvil. Dicha herramienta presenta el resultado consistente en una imagen de microscopía de gran campo visual a partir del conjunto de imágenes inicial, corrigiendo los efectos de distorsión, variaciones de iluminación, campo cromático y otros defectos que pudiera presentar el sistema de adquisición. También es necesario estimar el grado de solapamiento entre imágenes adyacentes.

System that could detect brands in a video. It is splitted up in two parts: -Trainning: The trainning has been performed by CNN with Keras and TensorFlow. In this phase, the set of training is a great database composed by almost 7000 images. -Detect logos in video: In this phase of the project, the system has been trained and saved its model. Now, it is time to test this model in a video. Here we can observe how Adidas logo has been detected in the image.
