Discovery currently in Config->Maverick API->Discovery component. Discovery only happens when user goes to this component. Probably better if this component is instead used to define discovery endpoints, and then the actual discovery happens continuously in the background.
Any new services discovered that aren't already defined, should be added but disabled/notactive, and a snackbar/popup should alert the user to the added service.
