Add usb interface for BBB about maverick HOT 4 CLOSED

Adding static if to /etc/network/interfaces creates default route which interferes with wlan/eth0 main default routes.

usb0 correctly configured in /etc/network/interfaces but dhcpd not running so other end doesnt get an IP.

Manual static IP configuration on other end (192.168.7.1) confirms usb0 link good, can login to 192.168.7.2.

So configure dhcpd on usb0 - restrict to BBB in network module. Ensure that dhcpd doesn't broadcast on other interfaces as we don't want to clash with existing dhcp servers (eg. routers).
