Really? I have downloaded android-studio-2020.3.1.10-mac, android-studio-ide-202.7188722-mac, and the lastest stable from the official website, none of it runs natively. So where is the link to download stable and canary build for apple silicon mac ?

@ColtonIdle that apple discussions post is from 2011. That's for Rosetta 1, not Rosetta 2.

Android studio doesn't currently run natively on the M1.

Replace the sqllite-jdbc-3.x.x.x.jar with a later version, such as sqllite-jdbc-3.32.3.3.jar, solve the problem (there are two sqllite-jdbc-3.x.x.x.jar to be replaced, one is at Contents/lib, the other is at Contents/plugins/svn4idea/lib). Now I can debug Android App inside IDEA.

@jasonj99 I can run both IntelliJ and Android Studio Canary natively on my M1. In IDEA, I am able to launch the emulator like you usually would be able to.
