Add the following Dockerfile In cluster-insight directory.

FROM gliderlabs/alpine:3.4

RUN apk-install python py-pip

COPY collector/ /collector
RUN ls -la /collector/*
RUN /usr/bin/pip install -r /collector/requirements.txt

WORKDIR /collector
#EXPOSE 8080
CMD ["/usr/bin/python", "./collector.py", "--host=0.0.0.0"]

And make a command
sudo docker build -t your_cluster-insight:version_tag .

Another thing is for the original Dockerfile in collector directory. It should be modified as follows:

FROM python:2-onbuild

CMD ["python", "./collector.py", "--host=0.0.0.0"]

Without "--host=0.0.0.0" option, you can not access the cluster-insight server. So, when you want to run Cluster Insight locally. You have to the following command:
python collector.py --debug --host=0.0.0.0
