This issues in the OP should be fixed in Firebase 10.22.1. I'm going to close this issue now.

@ndreca, I'm looking into firebase/firebase-ios-sdk#12505 and will continue the convo there!

Hi - I'm still seeing this same issue having updated to 10.22.0. Archiving via Xcode Cloud succeeds, but fails validation once uploaded:

ITMS-90057: The bundle 'Payload/.app/Frameworks/GoogleAppMeasurementOnDeviceConversion.framework' is missing plist key.

with xCode 15.3 targeting mac catalyyst, my app build works, app store connect validation works, however after many hours build turns into invalid binary with no details, Apple engineering team just contacted me pointing to GoogleAppMeasurement

Please contact the developer and let them know Voxel Max.app/Contents/Frameworks/GoogleAppMeasurementIdentitySupport.framework is not a proper framework bundle.

The following builds will be marked invalid binary:
