Easy handling of multiple Turbinia instances from the client about turbinia HOT 2 CLOSED

One thing I forgot about is that the config allows you to set the TURBINIA_CONFIG_PATH environment variable to set the config path. We still want an easier mechanism, like a turbiniactl flag for this though.

Some options:

• Multiple configs in /etc/turbinia that map to specific instances (either by naming convention, or another instance map file).
• Single config file that has all other configs in it

Closing this for now because we can now also specify a specific config to load with -c. If you need to manage multiple instances I suggest just doing something like the following in your .bashrc:

alias turbiniactl-prod="turbiniactl -c /etc/turbinia/turbinia-prod.conf"
alias turbiniactl-dev="turbiniactl -c /etc/turbinia/turbinia-dev.conf"
