I rewrote the dropdown related code and core-dropdown is now core-dropdown-menu. Can you try installing core-dropdown-menu#master instead?

bower install Polymer/core-dropdown-menu#master works, I'm working on a pull request against core-elements so that it installs core-dropdown-menu now.

No problem. If you ran into this problem via Polymer/core-elements (like me) you can use MaxBareiss/core-elements#testing in your bower.json file until the pull requests get fulfilled.

Just a heads up, we ended up version locking ourselves to 0.3.4 -- We had our bower.json pointing to ~0.3.4 which kept giving us a lot of errors. Again, thank you all for the really fast response times. Have a great day!
