It looks like afl-fuzz is exiting because it can't detect instrumentation (and afl-fuzz exiting will cause the "unreconized command recieved over pipe" error on the WinAFL side). This is most likely caused by an empty coverage map. Can you add -coverage_module "foxitreader.exe" to the debug command line and make sure that the coverage map in the log is not empty.
