Your command line sounds buggy, -D should point to the bin directory and not drrun.exe; you should be using -D C:\Users\fuzz\Desktop\DynamoRIO-Windows-7.0.0-RC1\bin32 as explained in the README.

Hi, I had the same problem and this came from the fact that my command was not invoking the binary in the right way. I forgot to add the @@ in place of the filename, and the binary was crashing because of this. Try to run your binary just like in your command and see if it works well ( "C:/Program Files (x86)/Foxit Software/Foxit Reader/foxitreader.exe" filename).
