This could be due to the fact that copying from Google Docs brings along with it additional formatting that breaks the table structure. If there's a way to "paste without formatting", do that. Otherwise, I'll need to add some javascript magic to cleanse a pasted question of all its formatting.

I haven't tried it in a while, since I finished importing all my questions
from Google Docs a while ago.

- Questions with unassigned categories should be easier to find
- Alphabetize categories in edit question page
- Convert to bonus doesn't seem to work in Firefox
- Setting existing questions to have a read carefully tag causes an error
- Join email link is still broken.
