Are you using multiple profiles?

Seems caused by one profile updating the apps before the others. Apps could detect that the update already happened and avoid showing an error.

Pretty sure this is solved in latest Apps and GrapheneOS release.

We haven't done a new Apps release yet but it will be solved by the next one so it can be closed.
