You can accomplish what you want by including all the apps you use on your home screens. This kind of feature is something that the launcher should be implementing. An app should have a launcher icon and shouldn't hide it. It's something that the OS should be enforcing in the future. We won't be adding this kind of feature to the app when it should be implemented in a generic way by a launcher. We wouldn't want this feature in the GrapheneOS launcher though. It reduces transparency of the OS when what should be happening is increasing it.
