In the great scheme of things, I would like to see two types of switch -
Switch A, as above, that can have a break after the case.
Switch B, that assumes there is always a break after every case statement. This will exclude code like:
switch (x) {
case 3: code1();
case 5: code1();
case 7: code1(); break;
case 4: code2(); break;
case 6: code3(); break;
}
Otherwise, your proposal looks good.

I think this should be moved to 1.0 since it discusses features like ranges and things that we're not exactly sure of how we're going to implement, way advanced stuff.
