allocator about gmqcc HOT 1 CLOSED

Well this was implemented and is in allocator branch, I moved all allocations over to using it, we have individual heaps for the ast, codegen, executor, ftepp, ir, lexer, parser, and testsuite .. we may use more in the future. Doing this required me to extend the vec class to making us pass in the mem_heap_t we wanted it to use, I don't really like this at all personally, I think I might improve the vec system to store a pointer to the mem_heap_t it uses internally at the front like we do with size and elements, so that we can just use a vec_init(vec, allocator), thus eliminating tons of paramater overhead. But for now, closed.
