As a solution to your problem, perhaps bind to a unix socket? This will resolve the issue of port exhaustion without adding the features of a webserver to aquatic-ws

Hi!
I've merged support for reloading TLS files by sending SIGUSR1, for both aquatic_http and aquatic_ws.
When it comes to issue number 2, it would complicate the implementation too much for it to be worthwhile.
