This originally seemed like an "explanatory" issue rather than a specific enhancement request.
Do you mean that each usage point is going to have a "bulkId"? or that each subscription is to have a "bulkId" or, from an implementation view, that there will be:
Class UsagePoint {
....
@JoinColumns = {...}
@mappingColumn = {...}
List≶Long> bulkIds;
}
Class Subscription {
}
i.e. there will be a new column added to the subscription_usage_point mapping table if possible.

--> Marty's Original Feature Statement
The BR={bulkId} is part of the negotiated scope between ThirdParty and DataCustodian. This "tagging" allows the ThirdParty using .../Batch/Bulk/{bulkId} to retrieve all UsagePoints that are under existing authorizations that are tagged with the same {bulkId}.
from openespi-common-java.
Will go with an additional join table to represent authorization.bulkId == UsagePoint
from openespi-common-java.
partial implementation complete. Will target friday.
