https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/1800781 によるとインターネットアクセスできないらしい。
そうなのか。。。

他の依存ライブラリーはどうなってるんだろう。

PPA か Ubuntuの公式リポジトリーにパッケージがあればそこから落とせるらしい。Ubuntuの公式リポジトリーにはあるがバージョンが古い。

それか、BloscのソースをGroongaのソースアーカイブにいれて、それを使ってビルドするか。(mrubyと同じようにする。)

やるなら、Zstandardみたいにvendor/にあるならそれを使うようにようにしてmake distのときにvendor/download.rbしてダウンロードしてアーカイブに入れる、です。
