jobs searches should use the USAJOBS api instead of our jobs_api about search-gov HOT 2 CLOSED

I now have POCs at OPM we can talk to about making this switch. Currently we use their FTP method, and that's being sunset soon. Here's the message we received:

We wanted to inform you that we will be discontinuing our job share service on October 31st, 2018. In an effort to modernize the services we provide to our partners, we have implemented a robust API service that provides the same job information that you may be receiving today through the job share service. You can register for the API online, including requesting access to internal positions. All of the information about the API can be found within our developer portal at https://developer.usajobs.gov/API-Reference. You can find other helpful information throughout the developer portal (https://developer.usajobs.gov/ ) as well.
