我看了下例子 签名算法是ecdsa-with-SHA256， 请问怎么成生sm2sign-with-sm3

  1. 目前证书签名中没有添加SM2的Z值
  2. GmSSL采用和国家标准不同的默认用户ID
  3. 由于没有参照过正式的GM国密证书标准，因此和标准可能有其他的区别
  4. 这部分还没有测试

例子请参考 demo/gmssl/selfsign.c
