[feat] Add callbacks to every internal function in run.py about guardrails HOT 4 CLOSED

Hi @ShreyaR, I want to tackle this issue if available and I have some questions about the implementation like why a list of callbacks and the input arguments for before_prepare, after_prepare, etc

Feel free to post the specific questions you have. Some early thoughts:

List of callbacks:

• Each callback may execute a specific task, e.g. one callback may track tokens, while the other logs outputs.

Arguments:

• Good question. Early thoughts -- this would depend on the function. E.g., the arguments of the before_prepare and after_prepare methods would be determined by the arguments and the return values of the prepare method. For the prepare method, this would be instructions, prompt, prompt_params, input_schema, prepared_prompt and prepared_instructions. Let me know if this makes sense!
