Final determination with GenDo is that the platform works if you post your jobs and let them send to anyone who has said non profit. Additionally short term has seemed to work better. And we should setup the automated url for posting per role and then based on who is interested we hold a specific onboarding.
Steps

  • Make urls for roles
  • submit request to gen do via form urls
  • email our GenDo contact to let them know its there
  • Wait for url for people who respond (ask for it in 48 hours if not received)
  • Check daily, and send a response letting them know the date of our next onboarding, and asking them if that dosent work to let us know their availability.
  • then schedule onboarding with those that reply.
  • hold onboarding sessions and then place them where they need to go.
  • note: special projects coordinators onboarding every friday at 9am
