Compiling issues with MacOSX about hebel HOT 3 CLOSED

This is a problem with your PyCUDA installation. You'll have to make sure you have all the prerequisites for PyCUDA. There seems to be an issue with your version of the six library. You should try to update it.

Thanks i fixed it by installing yaml header files through compiling. It ran well but now the issue is "out of memory". i run on mac osx with core2duo, nvidia geforce 320M 256mb on my macbook pro.

Yeah - the entire MNIST dataset probably doesn't fit in your GPU memory. If
I have some time I might add an option to the DataProvider to keep the
dataset in host memory.
