3DMark Sampler feedback feature test fails to run with "Unimplemented DXIL opcode 177".. about dxil-spirv HOT 6 CLOSED

Pretty sure there is no equivalent vulkan feature to sampler feedback currently.

@mbriar even no Vk Nv extension? Hope khronos is working internally on such an extension.. I think also 3dmark Speedway uses that and also an Intel directstorage demo..

I don't know about NV extensions or what Khronos is planning, but I suspect this will also only get any priority once actual games start depending on it.

Seems vk nv shader_texture_footprint ext should support exposing up to tier 0.9?

It does not. It does not support the required filter modes. It might be possible to prototype something based on that extension though, but low priority since there is no real content relying on this. It is the last FL 12.2 feature though ...
