I had run into a problem with setting up haven behind an NGINX proxy.

I would see what looked like Ruby "popup" on the haven UI when I tried to log in on first setup.

The change you wanted was rejected

To make things work I had to add this to the NGINX proxy...

        proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
        proxy_set_header Host $http_host;
        proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
        proxy_pass http://192.168.1.51:8012;
        proxy_set_header  X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
        proxy_set_header  X-Forwarded-Port $server_port;
        proxy_set_header  X-Forwarded-Host $host;
        proxy_set_header  X-Forwarded-Ssl on;
    }

    ssl_certificate /etc/letsencrypt/live/XXXXXXX/fullchain.pem;
    ssl_certificate_key /etc/letsencrypt/live/XXXXXXXX/privkey.pem;
}

Specifically, the lines I had to add to my default block template were

        proxy_set_header  X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
        proxy_set_header  X-Forwarded-Port $server_port;
        proxy_set_header  X-Forwarded-Host $host;
        proxy_set_header  X-Forwarded-Ssl on;
