Thanks, this has been fixed on SVN. Please verify that nothing is broken.
Please note that you will have to set B as "implements haxe.rtti.Generic" as well or
else it will not be a generic class and will simply inherit from A.

PS : it is now possible to subclass Generic classes and also to have Generic classes
that subclass not-generic classes.
