Supporting both is really trivial.

in Site.initDatabase(), we can add some check and initialise with MySQL if
preferred, or SQLite by default. The question is, how do we want to do
it? Conditional compilation, or a JSON config file, something else?

We'd probably also want to update SiteDb to use TableCreate rather than
manual SQL, as that will account for any differences between SQLite and
MySQL.

Referring to https://code.google.com/p/haxe/issues/detail?id=1290, it
seems that it is better to run production version of haxelib using MySQL.

But I agree that using sqlite locally is handy for development, so
probably lets support both.

I think if there is a config file, then it should supply the MySQL connection parameters. Otherwise we should assume SQLite.
