Isolate legacy haxelib backend about haxelib HOT 2 CLOSED

Yep, I've more or less figured it out using some mod_rewrite voodoo.

I guess I should just submit a pull request that adds the folders to the server/ directory?

Also, any votes on what subfolder names to use? In my testing I did something like:

lib.haxe.org                   - main site
lib.haxe.org/api/2.0/       - new remoting api
lib.haxe.org/haxelib1/    - old site

I'm not sure if "haxelib1" should be changed to "haxelib1.0" or "legacy" or something else? It will house the legacy website, and the remoting calls to "http://lib.haxe.org/" will redirect there too.
