Find Usages does works for me, as we(I and @eliasku) managed to update plugin to latest IntelliJ IDEA 13.1 API

Find usages works in some ways but does not work in others. In particular, an issue that we are focusing on is the fact that a find usages search to find callers of a function which is an implementation of an interface function, cannot find all calls to all implementations of that interface function wherever they are called throughout the code base.
I am currently working on this particular issue.

This is fixed. I'm not exactly sure when it happened, but it's all working correctly in 7961fd4.
