refurbished for v0.11.13-pre & 3.25.30 about hdf5.node HOT 4 CLOSED

It has been a long time since I worked on this project. It didn't really do much of anything useful with HDF5 files, either. I believe it was capable of reading out a few properties, but did not have any functionality in the way of creating files, or really reading data out of them. Finally, this was my first attempt at v8 libraries, for node, so the code is pretty bad. A much better example of v8 libraries for node is https://github.com/ryancole/topdf.

With that said, I'll merge whatever you send me. I'll add you as a collaborator on the project if you like, and you're free to work on it at will.

Ok, I'd like that! My focus would start with the high level c interface http://www.hdfgroup.org/HDF5/doc/HL/ because it looks like a good fit, is fast with less objects, Lite, Image, Table, Packet Table and more quick useful functionalities. Besides my own projects I believe many node based projects are likely to want it.

First before commit/patching I'll get some tests working
